Review by hotel critic
Review of Galicia PalaceAs a history teacher from Shanghai, I had the pleasure of staying at Galicia Palace with my family during our recent vacation. The hotel’s location was ideal, allowing us easy access to the charming old town and central shopping district. We were pleased to find a large supermarket just across the street, which made our stay convenient, especially when traveling with children. Our room stood out due to its spaciousness, accommodating the entire family comfortably. We particularly appreciated the addition of a sofa—a nice feature for relaxing after exploring. The efficient housekeeping ensured everything was impeccably clean. Though we didn’t partake of the breakfast, it was available, as was room service which offered a variety of options. This flexibility allowed us to organize our days seamlessly. Being so close to attractions like the Iglesia de la Peregrina made our explorations effortless, and we found the staff helpful in guiding us to local tours in the Rias Baixas area. Galicia Palace offered a welcoming environment for families like ours, and we would happily return to delve deeper into this beautiful region's history.
